Shipping and terms of payment

(1) Unless otherwise stated in our order confirmation, our prices are FCA Incoterms 2010, excluding packaging. Up to a net value of goods of € 250,-- we charge a flat rate of € 9,-- for shipping throughout Germany without the islands. For a net value of goods of € 250 or more, we deliver CIP freight-free throughout Germany excluding the islands. However, a general flat-rate shipping fee of € 75,-- applies for Germany-wide shipping without the islands of threaded rods length >= 1170 mm. The prices stated are net prices and do not include statutory VAT.

(2) Below an order price of € 50.00 net, the customer shall additionally bear a small quantity surcharge of € 30.00.

(3) The buyer is obliged to pay the full purchase price (as well as transport and packaging costs, if applicable) without discount on the date specified in our order confirmation or, if such a date is not specified, on issue of the invoice to the account specified by us free of costs and charges. The receipt of payment on our account is decisive for the timeliness of payment. The statutory value added tax is shown separately and is to be paid additionally by the buyer.
